In response to the great demand for more on this topic we are posting these additional photos of Sophie and her brief brush with fame during President Bush's visit to Tbilisi a few weeks ago. As you can see from the pictures it was quite a day for Miss Pickles!
It started out good enough with Sophie sleeping away despite the chaos and the White House press lady hovering overhead
Here's Sophie on the floor (lower left) with all the other kiddos waiting for El Presidente
And the little pickle awakens! Hey big kids watch me eat my hand!!
A little face time with her friend Jack
Why who's that coming for a visit?
Well it's Secretary Rice and Ambassador Miles
Oh, but that's not all. Look it's the First Lady...
...and her husband
Ah, everyone's here. I think it's time for a Sophie meltdown
