Army Ten Miler 2011

After preparing all summer, including 117 miles worth of training runs (many pushing Sophie in a jogging stroller), we hit the course with 30,000 other runners on October 9 for the 27th annual Army Ten-Miler here in Washington, DC. While the goal was to finish, Amy improved her time by five minutes from last year, finishing in just under two hours. As they say in the Army, Hooah!
