Grammy was here!

Grammy and Sophie on the Old Town Trolley.  We were Washington, D.C. tourists for the day and had a lovely lunch downtown.

 Grammy got to come to the publishing party in Sophie's class.  Sophie recited a Shel Silverstein poem and shared one of her own original poems.  There was cake and lemonade to celebrate the young writers.
