Flashback - "Man in a Suitcase"
Just catching up on a 2007 highlight. In August, Jason was in New York to see The Police.
It was their first show at Madison Square Garden since 1983 and it was a long wait. The last time that The Police toured Jason was in junior high (shout out to all my Olive Pierce Middle School peeps!).
Sting, Andy, and Stewart played like they had been saving up their energy for the last 20 years. But don't take our word for it, check out the Rolling Stone review.
Even better, Jason got to experience the whole thing with fellow Policephile (and OPMS alumn) Chris Baker. Both had been waiting since the early 80's for a shot a seeing The Police live.

With their quest fulfilled, thoughts can now turn to another dream concert: a double bill with The Clash and The Ramones.
Okay, probably not in this life. But, it doesn't hurt to dream.

We heard that was a great concert. We have a friend of a friend on tour with The Police on the AV crew. She is loving all the traveling around the world!
